a lot of pepper soup in Nigeria and with many flavor and taste, some are just
too hot and some are just mild to the taste bud, but really I will give you the

Recipe
for Goat Meat Pepper Soup

700g Goat Meat (with skin)
·
2 medium onions
·
Salt (to taste)

2 big stock cubes
Before
you cook the Nigerian Pepper Soup
=Peel and
grind your ehu seed and keep in a dry container and set aside
=Use the
chopping board to chop your onion properly
=Wash the
scent leaves properly, but if you are using the dried uziza, break them
With your
fingers.
Cooking
TIPS
1. Wash the
goat meat and put in a sizeable pot, add your fresh grinded pepper, onion and
your cube, cover and allow it to bring out the juice from within it skin,
always watch it to avoid burnt meat, if possible blend your onion.
2- When
the goat meat is tender enough to your taste, and you want to bring it down,
add your scent leaves and ehu allow it to simmer for 5minutes- you hot soup is
set
Pepper Soup should always be served hot. It can
be eaten alone with a chilled drink by the side. You can also eat it with White Rice or Boiled Yam.
