SMOKY CHICKEN PATE






 

RECIPE-

1 TABLESPOON FRESH ROSE MARY LEAVES OR DRIED CRUSHED ONE’S

1 ONION, CUT INTO 1 INCH PIECES

4 SLICES OF BACON

¾ POUND CHICKEN LIVERS

1 ½ CUPS COOKED CHICKEN, CUT INTO PIECES

¼ POUND HAM CUT INTO PIECES

3 HARD COOKED EGG YOLKS

2 TABLESPOON BRANDY

½ TEASPOON GRINDED CORIANDER

¼ TEASPOON GARLIC CLOVES (GRINDED)

¼ CUP MARGARINE OR SOFT BUTTER.

TIPS AND SECRETS + STEP BY STEP GUIDE
 1-    Blend your rosemary in a blender until finely chopped, then set aside,
 2-    Chop your onion finely and set aside also
3-    Cook your bacon on a skillet over heat for 4-6 minutes, don’t let it be crispy or brown ( remove bacon from heat and pour the drippings  or juice in a bowl)
4-    Add onion to bacon, cut chicken in half and remove tissue that connect inside, so cook the onion and liver till they are tender, let say 5-7 minutes or when liver changes color to slightly pink in the center.
 5-    Add cooked chicken, ham and egg yolks to a clean bowl, then put into a blender and blend for 8 seconds.
 6-    Finally add all the remaining ingredient to the blender and processed until smooth and creamy
