TABLESPOON FRESH ROSE MARY LEAVES OR DRIED CRUSHED ONE’S
1 ONION,
CUT INTO 1 INCH PIECES
¾ POUND
CHICKEN LIVERS
1 ½ CUPS
COOKED CHICKEN, CUT INTO PIECES
¼ POUND HAM
CUT INTO PIECES
3 HARD
COOKED EGG YOLKS

TABLESPOON BRANDY
½ TEASPOON
GRINDED CORIANDER
¼ TEASPOON
GARLIC CLOVES (GRINDED)
¼ CUP
MARGARINE OR SOFT BUTTER.

3- Cook your bacon on a skillet over heat for 4-6 minutes, don’t let it be crispy or brown ( remove bacon from heat and pour the drippings or juice in a bowl)

Add onion
to bacon, cut chicken in half and remove tissue that connect inside, so cook
the onion and liver till they are tender, let say 5-7 minutes or when liver
changes color to slightly pink in the center.
